SHIPPING POLICES

$5 for parts and accessories other than wheels – one $5 shipping charge for any size order in this category
$20 for wheels, one charge for any size order consisting of one or more wheel and other parts of accessories
$40 shipping for bicycles.  This is the maximum charge for any single shipment Of one or multiple bicycles.  Addional parts and accessories can be added for not additional shipping charge.
THESE RATES APPLY ONLY FOR SHIPMENTS TO U.S. EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii, and only to online store items.  Other ITEMS AND DESTINATINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE LOWER 48 ARE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGE.  We strive to ship all in stock orders within 3 business days.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

In the event that an item is not in stock, the customer will be promptly notifed and will have the option of cancelling or directing us to ship the back ordered item on arrival.

Completed orders cannot of items in stock cannot be cancelled.

Items that are not defective may be returned with a 10% restocking fee.  The customer pays the return freight.

All shipments insured.  Damaged items will be covered by insurance.
