Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day on Oct. 1

Despite a gloomy forecast, that fortunately failed to come to
fruition, an unusually robust and talented young group of mountain
bikers, braved a frigid morning to attend the 1st annual, Bicycle Way
of Life/ IMBA International Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day.

Thanks to a partnership with Trek, IMBA, and Waldo Lake,  there was no
shortage of gloves, snacks and beautiful, kid friendly (mostly anyway)
single track.

Cheers also to the parents, some of whom have not been on Mtn. bikes
for a while, that whittled out almost 20 miles of riding on the east
shore of the lake.

We Look forward to an even bigger an better event next year.
